What operators ask about packages.
Can a client buy a package as a gift?
Yes. Packages can be purchased as a gift via the online store, with the recipient receiving an email link to claim the credits.
What happens when a package expires?
You can configure soft warnings to the client (e.g. 30 and 7 days before), and choose whether unused credits expire silently or extend with a fee.
Can a client use a package across multiple services?
Yes. Packages can be bundles of one service or a dollar-value credit applied to any service. Configurable per package.
How do refunds work on packages?
Partial refunds for unused credits, full refunds for unused packages. Refunds reverse the credit balance and the original payment.
Where do clients see their package balance?
In the Client portal, on the booking flow when choosing services, and at checkout. The front desk sees the balance on the client file.
