Reviews

Ask at the right moment. Hear the honest answer.

Send a thoughtful review request after the visit. Clients who loved it can open your Google link; every other answer opens private feedback first, with a Google option still available after they submit.

The working layer

A review request is only the start.

The useful part is what happens after the tap: restraint, routing, ownership, and explicit publication choices.

01

One ask, with restraint

Send a single-client invite by email or SMS. An owner-activated post-visit Flow is Beta. A 30-day cooldown, no-show and same-day-cancellation blocks, client holds, opt-outs, and SMS quiet hours keep the ask disciplined.

02

Private feedback your team can work

Move feedback through New, In progress, Resolved, or Dismissed. Assign an owner, keep an append-only history, and surface feedback that has waited 48 hours.

03

A clear in-person route

Use a QR code or copied link when the best moment to ask is face to face. Invite templates stay editable, and every send keeps its consent record.

04

Google-synced curation · Beta-Preview

When the Google sync preview is enabled, select a review for your website only after recording permission and any material-connection disclosure. Source provenance stays attached; legacy testimonials are never relabeled as Google reviews.

Clear limits

Google-focused. Human-controlled.

Google review sync is Beta-Preview pending production credential proof. Reviews Intelligence is also Beta and capability-gated.

There is no Yelp, Facebook, Apple, or Trustpilot routing; no reply command inside EstheticSense; no mass-request screen; and no automatic testimonial publishing.

What operators ask first.

Does EstheticSense block unhappy clients from reviewing us?

No. “It was okay” and “Not great” open a private feedback form first, and the Google option is still shown after submission. The workflow creates a chance to respond; it does not prevent a public review.

Can review requests send after a visit?

Yes, through an owner-activated post-visit Flow, or staff can send one manually by email or SMS. Flows are a Beta capability and still follow consent, cooldown, cancellation, and quiet-hours rules.

Can we reply to Google reviews inside EstheticSense?

No. Synced reviews can show whether a reply exists, but replying still happens in Google. Google review sync is Beta-Preview until production credentials are confirmed.
