Do clients need to download an app?
No. The Client portal is a web app under your own subdomain — clients open a link, sign in with a magic link, and can add it to their home screen if they want a native feel.
Can clients reschedule and cancel?
Yes, within the rules you configure (advance-notice window, deposit forfeit). Cancellations outside the rules go to your front desk.
What can clients see vs. not see?
Clients see their own appointments, memberships, packages, gift cards, invoices, and the forms they’ve completed. They never see provider commission, internal notes, or other clients.
Is the portal branded as my business?
Yes. Logo, primary color, and a custom subdomain. The footer credits EstheticSense; everything above the fold is yours.
