A CRM that knows the difference between a no-show and a missed deposit.
What operators ask before consolidating their CRM.
Where do allergies and safety flags appear?
On the booking, the appointment card, the check-in screen, and the checkout. The platform refuses to hide a safety flag — providers see it before they start the service.
Can clients see their own profile?
Yes, via the Client portal — clients view appointments, packages, memberships, gift cards, and pay invoices. You control what they can see and edit.
How do you handle medical or clinical notes?
EstheticSense is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not sign Business Associate Agreements at this time. Do not upload protected health information (PHI). For medical aesthetics use, store clinical records in a HIPAA-compliant EMR and use EstheticSense for scheduling, payments, and non-clinical client records only.
How is lifetime value calculated?
LTV is the rolling sum of completed-and-paid invoices for a client. Refunds and voids subtract. The platform recomputes on every transaction; no spreadsheet, no nightly batch.
Can I merge duplicate client records?
Yes. The merge tool preserves all visits, payments, packages, and consents — moving them onto the surviving record with an audit trail.
Stop hunting for client notes in three places.
One file. Every visit. Included in $19/seat.
