Approval-first AI

Sidekick proposes — staff approve. Nothing fires automatically without an owner saying yes. Every action is logged.

Operator vocabulary

We use the words spa, salon, and medspa operators use: walk-ins, rebooks, prep buffers, no-shows. Not "users," "leads," "engagements."

What we won't do
