What operators ask about marketing.

Who actually sends the messages?

You approve every message before it sends. Sidekick drafts win-backs, rebookings, and birthday campaigns; you review the proposal, approve, and Sidekick sends. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

What channels do messages go through?

Email is built in. SMS goes through Twilio (you provide a Twilio account; we don’t mark up SMS). The platform respects each client’s channel preferences and opt-outs.

Do you handle email deliverability?

Yes. Sending domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is configured during onboarding. We monitor bounce rates and warn before you hit a sender-reputation issue.

Can I A/B test subject lines?

Yes. The campaign builder supports A/B subject-line tests with statistical-significance reporting. Winning variant takes over for the remainder of the send.

Do you integrate with Mailchimp or other email tools?

You can sync client data to Mailchimp via Zapier if you prefer to send from there. Most operators find the built-in lifecycle automation removes the need for a second email tool.
