Who counts as a "provider"?
An active provider is a person with a provider role, a bookable calendar, at least one published service, and recent accepted bookings. Non-bookable front-desk, owner, manager, admin, accounting, marketing, and support roles do not count as provider seats.
How does multi-location billing work?
Each location follows the same provider formula and reaches its own $99 monthly maximum. A five-provider location is $55 per month; three five-provider locations total $165 per month.
Are product modules separate pricing tiers?
No. EstheticSense has one subscription tier for product modules. Feature readiness is separate from pricing: the capability map shows which workflows are verified, in Beta, or completing final launch certification. Any applicable usage costs are disclosed before activation.
What are the payment-processing fees?
We are not publishing a processing rate or processor-topology promise while the launch candidate completes payment certification. The final rate and terms will be shown before any paid payment activation.
