What does $19 per seat include?
Everything in the platform: booking, online booking, client profiles, checkout, memberships, packages, gift cards, marketing automations, Sidekick (Beta), the client portal, integrations, and reports. There are no per-module add-ons.
Is there an annual commitment?
No. EstheticSense is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from the in-app billing screen. Your tenant data CSV export remains available for 90 days after cancellation.
What are the processing fees?
EstheticSense charges no transaction commission. Stripe processes every card and bills directly: 2.7% + $0.05 card-present, 2.9% + $0.30 card-not-present (US). International rates vary. Stripe is the source of truth — verify at stripe.com/pricing.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
None. Data import (clients, services, providers, memberships) and one 1:1 onboarding session for your team are included on every plan.
Do you offer discounts for annual prepay?
Not at this time. We keep pricing transparent and predictable instead.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with a business email. No credit card required. You get the full product for 14 days. We never charge automatically — at day 15 you either pick a plan or your account moves to read-only. Data is retained 90 days after that.
What about multiple locations?
Pricing is per seat — a seat is a staff login. Each location pays for the seats it needs. There is no separate location fee.
How do you compare to commission-based platforms?
Some platforms charge a percentage of every transaction processed through your account — typically 2–7% on top of card fees. EstheticSense charges $19 per seat per month, full stop. We do not take a cut of your revenue.
What is your refund policy?
Cancel anytime. Pro-rated refunds are not issued, but you keep platform access until the end of the billing period you paid for.
