What operators ask about consent and signatures.
Are the e-signatures legally binding?
Yes. Signatures are captured with a typed name or drawn signature, timestamped, and stored with the IP address and the document version. They meet the ESIGN Act requirements for general consent and waiver use.
Can forms send automatically before the appointment?
Yes. Attach a form to a service, and the platform sends it to the client by email and SMS at your chosen offset (e.g. 48 hours before). Unsigned forms trigger a reminder.
Can I edit a consent form without breaking past signatures?
Yes. Forms are versioned. Past signatures remain attached to the version they signed; new signatures attach to the current version. The audit trail shows which version every client signed.
What about multi-language clients?
Forms can be authored in multiple languages and served based on the client’s language preference. The signed copy retains the language the client signed in.
Can I export form responses?
Yes. Per-client, per-form, or in bulk — PDF for individual signed copies, CSV for response data.
