Does Sidekick send messages without my approval?

No. Sidekick proposes — you approve. Every message, every record change, and every campaign waits for your explicit tap. Auto-send is intentionally not an option.

How does Sidekick know my voice?

It reads your past sends and your service catalog. The drafts get closer to your voice over time. You can edit any draft before approving, and the edit informs the next draft.

What data does Sidekick see?

Sidekick reads from your tenant only — your clients, your visits, your past messages. Nothing crosses tenants. Sensitive fields (card numbers, intake form PHI) are not exposed to the model.

Is Sidekick included in $19/seat?

Sidekick is currently in Beta and included for all seats. Specific high-volume usage may be subject to fair-use limits — we’ll notify before any change.
