Overview

EstheticSense uses Stripe Connect to process and route payouts for connected accounts. This page summarizes our default payout timing and support process.

Default payout timing

Our default payout cadence is automatic daily payouts where the connected account is eligible. If daily cadence is unavailable or restricted, we use a weekly payout schedule.

When payouts are delayed or fail

We monitor payout events and reconcile payout status daily. If a payout fails or does not arrive on the expected schedule, our operations team opens an incident and follows an escalation workflow.
