How does multi-service booking work?

One appointment can contain multiple services with individual durations, providers, and prices. Each line item tracks its own status, so the front desk can start one service and put another on hold without unwinding the visit.

Can I enforce a deposit only on specific services?

Yes. Deposit rules are per service. Microneedling can require a 50% deposit; a brow tint can require nothing. Rules apply across staff booking, online booking, and the client portal.

What happens when I reschedule?

The appointment moves with one drag. SMS and email reminders re-schedule automatically to fire at the same offsets relative to the new time. No manual notification step.

Do you support resources like rooms, chairs, or equipment?

Yes. Define resources per location, link them to services that require them, and the calendar prevents double-booking across providers.

Can I see the full history of an appointment?
