How long does the data export from Booksy take?
You request the export from Booksy support; turnaround is typically 1–3 business days. We have CSV templates ready and start mapping the moment files arrive.
What if I'm under a Booksy contract?
Run alongside during the 14-day trial and switch your marketing channels and links once your contract ends. We can hold the migration timeline to your renewal date.
Will I lose my reviews and marketplace listing?
Your Booksy reviews live on Booksy and stay there. EstheticSense moves your booking and operations off the marketplace onto your owned domain — many studios keep their Booksy profile for marketing while running operations on EstheticSense.
How are client cards handled?
Cards never leave Booksy/its processor. Clients re-add their card at first checkout on EstheticSense. We pre-stage automated re-collection emails for the first two weeks.
What about my memberships?
We import membership lists and current balances. Members get re-issued portal logins at switchover; their balances and billing dates are preserved.
