What operators ask about invoicing.
How does invoice payment differ from checkout?
Checkout is at the point of service. Invoicing is for visits that need to be billed after the fact — corporate accounts, packages prepaid via invoice, or any visit you can’t collect in person. The same Stripe rails handle both.
Can a client pay an invoice with a card we have on file?
Yes. Clients with a saved card can pay an invoice in one tap from the portal. Other clients pay via the secure Stripe link in the email.
Do invoices integrate with accounting software?
You can export AR data to CSV, or pipe it via Zapier to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or other accounting tools. A direct QuickBooks integration is on the roadmap.
Can I customize the invoice template?
Yes. Logo, primary color, business address, tax ID, and notes are all configurable. The invoice is mobile-readable by default.
What about taxes?
Tax is configurable per service or per product, with rules per location. The invoice surfaces the tax line item; reports break out tax by jurisdiction.
